How to accept price recommendations in Mews RMS

 

You accept price recommendations when you want Mews RMS to update your prices based on recommended changes. As a revenue manager or property team member, you do this when Autopilot is inactive, or when you want to review recommendations before applying them. You can accept recommendations from the Revenue overview or the Pricing screen in Mews Operations. This ensures your pricing stays aligned with the latest demand signals. When Autopilot is active, Mews RMS accepts recommendations automatically, so manual acceptance is only needed when Autopilot is inactive or disabled for selected dates.

How to accept price recommendations from the Revenue overview

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Revenue > Overview. 
2. Review the Smart Tip banner showing the number of price recommendations and additional revenue awaiting approval.
3. Click Review prices.
4. Review the recommended price for each stay date and space category in the Pricing screen.
5. Click Accept price for each recommendation you want to apply, or click Accept prices at the top right of the list to accept all displayed recommended prices in bulk.

The accepted prices update in Mews Operations.

How to accept price recommendations from the Pricing screen

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu  > Revenue > Pricing.
2. Click a stay date that shows a price recommendation.
3. Review the current price and the recommended price in the pricing panel.
4. Click More info to read the explanation and see the additional revenue amount.
5. Click Accept price.

The selected price updates in Mews Operations.

 

How to accept price recommendations in bulk

1. In Mews Operations, go to main menu > Revenue > Pricing.
2. Click  at the top of the screen to switch to list view.
3. Check the boxes next to the stay dates with recommendations you want to accept.
4. Click Accept prices in the toolbar at the bottom center of the page.

The selected prices update in Mews Operations.

You can also accept price recommendations by selecting a date range in the list and clicking Accept prices at the top right of the list to accept all days within the selected period that have a recommendation.

For example, you select stay dates with recommendations for the next seven days, then click Accept prices to apply all recommendations that match your pricing strategy.

 

How to resolve price conflicts

Price conflicts can occur when a recommendation does not fit your price hierarchy.

1. Review the conflict message.
2. Check the suggested price changes for connected space categories.
3. Review each suggested change, then click Accept prices to apply the recommendations that fit within your price hierarchy.

Mews RMS applies recommendations that fit within your price hierarchy.

 

With price recommendations accepted, your pricing in Mews Operations reflects the latest demand signals from Mews RMS.
