You apply price overrides when you want to manually change prices for one or more stay dates in Mews RMS. As a revenue manager or property team member, you use overrides to lock a specific price or temporarily change the price boundaries for selected dates. You typically apply overrides for high-demand dates, events, or short-term pricing decisions. You do this in Mews Operations, in the main menu under Revenue > Pricing. This gives you direct control over pricing for specific dates without affecting Mews RMS optimization for other dates. Note that Autopilot does not change a fixed price override, and Mews RMS only generates recommendations within the boundaries of a hierarchy override.
