How to approve a quote with a signature in Mews Events

In Mews Events, you approve an accepted quote to finalize the agreement with a customer after they sign it. A quote becomes Accepted once the customer signs it. You can then manually approve the quote to block the selected space, automatically generate the first invoice, if applicable, and create the function sheet for staff. This action ensures you can review details before the system activates any operational tasks. You complete this task in the Quotes section of Mews Events. Approving a quote confirms the booking and sends the invoice and signed contract to the customer. Only managers and general managers can access, create, modify or approve quotes.

When a customer signs a quote, it moves to the To be accepted state. You then approve it to complete the booking process and share the relevant documents.
