How to delete a space category from the Channel Manager Integration

If you want to delete a space category from a bookable service, you first need to remove the existing mappings of that space category to the channel manager integration.

 

To delete the space category from the channel manager integration, follow these steps:

 

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the Main menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions.
  2. Locate your channel manager integration and click Edit.
  3. Go to Channel manager rates.
  4. Find the rates mapped to the space category you want to remove.
  5. Under the Rate code column, click the rate name.
  6. To delete the rate assigned to the space category, click the three dots > Delete.
  7. Repeat steps 3 to 6 for each rate mapped to the space category.
  8. Go to Channel manager categories.
  9. Find the space category, click the three dots > Delete.
