How to edit your fiscal registry integration

You need to set up the fiscal registry integration to ensure compliance with local tax regulations. The integration facilitates the reporting and collection of taxes. 

There may be instances after you set up the integration that you want to update some details such as the tax identifier or, for example, in Germany, you need to disable the QR code from the invoices in your fiscal registry integration settings in Mews Operations. 

 

Note: Only users with administrator permissions can edit the fiscal registry integration. 

 
To edit your fiscal registry integration:

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu Screenshot_2.png > Marketplace > My subscriptions.  
  2. Locate your fiscal registry integration.
  3. Click Edit to update your settings.  
  4. You can see the secret credentials pre-filled in the settings. Note: For Mews to automatically pre-fill the secret credentials, you need to add them in the settings after you receive them when setting up the integration.
  5. Make the necessary changes. 
  6. Ensure to click the Enabled checkbox to enable the integration.
  7. Click Save.  

This updates the settings.
