To view every email sent to a particular customer, follow these steps:
- Open the customer’s profile.
- Go to the Dashboard tab.
- Click the envelop icon at the top right to view the Mail queue items.
- Select the filters. The customer email is prefilled.
- Click Ok.
Note:
- The mail queue only shows emails sent in the past three months.
- You need to be an admin to access the mail queue.
