The Mail queue in Mews shows the status of all mail items within the last 3 months sent from Mews Operations, and only users with admin rights or the View and manage mail queue items employee permission can access them. Mews only stores mail items in the mail queue for a maximum of 3 months. You can use the Mail queue to quickly gather information about reservations, confirmations, payments, and any special arrangements made before guests arrive, helping you provide accurate and informed assistance to guests before, during, and after their stay.
To view the Mail Queue, go to the main menu > Queues > Mail.
