To create a Mews Community account, follow these steps:
- Visit the Community website: community.mews.com
- Click on the Login button.
- Click on Create account.
- Provide your email, name, property name, job title, and password. Use the same email you use for Mews login.
- Accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Click on Register.
- Check your inbox for a confirmation email from the Mews Community (subject: Activate your account on our Community).
- If you don't see it:
- Check your spam folder.
- Use the option to resend the email.
- Reach out to [email protected] for assistance.
- If you don't see it:
- Follow the instructions in the email to verify your email address.
- The Mews Community team will review and approve your profile. This shouldn't take longer than one working day.
Note:
- The Mews Community requires a separate registration. Using your Mews login details won't work.
- Only Mews users can register and participate in the Community. Non-Mews users can still view discussions but cannot actively engage.
How to delete a Mews Community user
To delete your Community profile, contact [email protected]. Your profile will be removed, and your comments will appear as "Anonymous."
