How can I log in to Mews Community?

To create a Mews Community account, follow these steps:

 

  1. Visit the Community website: community.mews.com
  2. Click on the Login button.
  3. Click on Create account.
  4. Provide your email, name, property name, job title, and password. Use the same email you use for Mews login.
  5. Accept the Terms and Conditions.
  6. Click on Register.
  7. Check your inbox for a confirmation email from the Mews Community (subject: Activate your account on our Community).
    • If you don't see it:
      • Check your spam folder.
      • Use the option to resend the email.
      • Reach out to [email protected] for assistance. 
  8. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your email address.
  9. The Mews Community team will review and approve your profile. This shouldn't take longer than one working day. 

 

Note:

 

  • The Mews Community requires a separate registration. Using your Mews login details won't work.
  • Only Mews users can register and participate in the Community. Non-Mews users can still view discussions but cannot actively engage.

 

How to delete a Mews Community user

 

To delete your Community profile, contact [email protected]. Your profile will be removed, and your comments will appear as "Anonymous."
