The Mews Marketplace is the integration platform of the Mews operating system, a curated catalogue of certified third-party connections that properties browse, connect and manage directly from Mews Operations. It spans channel managers and OTAs, revenue management, guest messaging, door locks, upselling, accounting, F&B and more, alongside direct OTA connections and the Mews Channel Manager powered by SiteMinder.

01 Get started
1.1 Prerequisites
Mews Operations must be live. Individual integrations may carry their own prerequisites set by the integration partner. For example, a commercial agreement with the partner, partner-side configuration, or specific Mews modules. Connectable integrations are self-serve from within Mews Operations; non-connectable or custom integrations require partner certification before use.
1.2 How onboarding works
-
Browse: The property finds the integration in the Marketplace, either on the public catalogue at mews.com or from within Mews Operations, via the main menu > Marketplace.
-
Connect: For connectable integrations, the property creates the connection self-serve; credentials and tokens are issued through the Marketplace. Live tokens are only shared once certification is complete for custom integrations.
-
Partner setup: The integration partner completes any partner-side configuration, and the property signs any partner agreement required.
-
Test and go live: The connection is verified. For distribution connections, rates, availability and reservations flow is tested before relying on it in production.
1.3 Indicative activation timeline
Self-serve connectable integrations: Typically, minutes to hours from the Mews side; total time depends on the partner's own onboarding.
Channel and distribution connections: Allow days for mapping and testing.
Custom or private integrations: timeline driven by the partner's certification and build. See Section 06.
1.4 What the Partner needs to provide
-
Partner account credentials and any commercial agreement with the integration partner
-
Mapping decisions for distribution connections, such as rates, room types, restrictions
-
A named owner for testing and verifying each connection before production use

4.2 How updates are delivered
The Marketplace platform updates continuously with no Partner action.
Integration partners update their own systems on their own schedules; Mews certification governs the API contract, and partner credential access is moving to OAuth to strengthen security.
4.3 Update cadence
Marketplace platform: Continuous.
Catalogue: New integrations added as partners complete certification.
Security patches: As required, applied by Mews without advance notice.
4.4 Does the Partner need to do anything after an update?
No Partner action is required for Marketplace platform updates. Where an integration partner changes their product in a way that needs property action, the partner communicates this; properties should keep partner contact details current.
