To start processing payments, set up your terminal:
- Connect the power supply to the terminal.
- Connect the terminal to your network.
- Install the paper roll.
- Follow the on-screen instructions on the terminal.

How do I add my brand logo to a Mews Terminal 1.0?
You can display your brand logo on the terminal screen and on printed receipts.
Prepare your logo file
Make sure your image meets the correct requirements for your terminal model.
For terminal display:
- V400m model
- Image type: bmp, jpg, jpeg, gif, png
- Dimensions: 320 × 450 px
- Maximum size: 512 KB
- Android model

- Create a request and attach your logo file.
A Payment Operations specialist reviews your request and applies the logo to your terminal.
What should I do if my terminal does not work as expected?
If you cannot complete setup or process payments, try the following:
- Terminal does not power on — check that the power cable is fully connected and the power supply is working.
- Terminal cannot connect to the network — confirm that your network cable is securely connected, or that your Wi-Fi credentials are correct.
- On-screen setup does not complete — restart the terminal and follow the on-screen instructions again from the beginning.
