”NetworkError: Failed to fetch” message while importing a rooming list

The error message ”NetworkError: Failed to fetch” is caused by the data contained in the sheet you are trying to import into the system.



To avoid this error message:

 

  • Check the spreadsheet for any mismatch of data, e.g. text where only a time/date is expected (arrival or departure date).
  • Review that all data is inserted in the right format. Manage group reservations with a rooming list.
  • Check that no changes were applied to columns A-F, which are prefilled.
  • Remove any additional formatting of the spreadsheet, like borders, highlights, conditional formatting, etc.
