The Trip.com channel integration provides global distribution of your properties' rates and availability, directly from Mews Operations. You update rates, availability, and restrictions in Trip.com, and receive reservations in Mews Operations. This online travel agency (OTA) has built a two-way connection, meaning that Mews Operations manages availability, rates, and restrictions, while Trip.com pushes reservations into Mews Operations.
Note
- Mews does not set up or configure the channel manager integration for you. If you encounter mapping errors, contact the Mews Support Team for help.
