Space is locked - Lock software error message

If you get the error message "The key software is preventing any key from being created for this door. In the settings of the key software, ensure this door is unlocked." it's because you are trying to create a key for a room that has been marked as locked or out of service in your door lock software.

 

To prevent this error, unlock the room/door in your door lock software and try to create the key again.
