Manager report summary
The Manager report gives you a summary of your property's total revenue. The system refreshes the data showing in the Manager report every 2 hours for up-to-date metrics.
The revenue consists of all revenue types which the system divides into the following metrics:
- Service items: The rates from a reservation.
- Product order items: Product order items you attach to your bookable or additional services in a reservation.
- Additional items: Additional items you add to a reservation. You can add these using rebates or extra fees, such as a cancellation fee.
The Manager report has two sections which you can switch between by clicking on the Bookings or Outlets tabs, as below:
Bookings
In the Bookings tab of the Manager report, you can see metrics on revenue from reservations, including service items, product order items, and additional items such as rebates and fees. This includes information about Occupancy, Revenue, average daily rate (ADR), revenue per available room (RevPar) and No. of customers. This tab helps you:
- Track current and historical bookings to understand demand patterns.
- Identify canceled bookings and no-shows to minimize revenue loss.
- Adjust inventory or pricing based on observed booking trends.
- Monitor booking sources and types to refine marketing strategies or partnerships.
- Identify and analyze trends in guest booking patterns to optimize occupancy, prevent overbooking and adjust inventory or pricing as needed.
Outlets
In the Outlets tab of the Manager report, you can review the financial performance of various service outlets within your property, such as food and beverage or spa services. This tab enables you to monitor revenue generated from these outlets and track guest spending patterns associated with outlet sales. Metrics include revenue from outlet and product order items, divided by outlet type and consumption dates. This tab helps you:
- Assess outlet performance to understand which outlets are generating the most revenue.
- Track guest spending by analyzing guest purchases made through room charges or direct payments, for example, credit card, cash.
