Understanding Customer Settings in Mews POS

Customer Settings is a dedicated settings panel in the Mews POS back office that gives you direct control over the most important configuration options for your POS account. As an admin user, you use Customer Settings to configure and manage business information, taxes, users, payment methods, integrations, and more, all in one place. You do this whenever you need to update or maintain your POS account settings, from the back office of Mews POS, without needing to contact Mews support for most common tasks. To access Customer Settings, open the POS back office and select Settings from the left navigation.

Note:
Customer Settings is only visible to users with the Admin role. Non-admin users do not see this section in the navigation.
