Onboarding is a guided journey which helps you set up and configure the Mews platform for operational success. The Classic onboarding package is simple and cost-effective way begin with Mews. With this package, you complete most of the onboarding setup on your own. However, you have access to step-by-step guidance in Mews and support via chats or by booking calls. It is useful for properties with the Essentials PMS package or expansions.

Onboarding steps

Step 1: Kick-off

Once you have the Classic onboarding package, you receive an email explaining the next steps.

You can then prepare the following:

  • Ensure each point of contact can dedicate the time listed in the table below per week for onboarding setup. Note: Your wider team receives role-specific training in Mews University. This takes approximately 2 to 8 hours total, depending on their role.
