Cleaning flaw in Flexkeeping

The Cleaning Flaw functionality enables housekeeping managers to record any errors or oversights made during the cleaning process by the housekeepers. To utilize this feature, follow these steps:

• Create an assignment code on the assignment code page.

• Select the room you are inspecting and access the room view.

• Locate and click on the "Cleaning Flaw" button.

• Choose the appropriate assignment code from the list.

• Optionally, take a picture or provide any additional information related to the flaw.

• Save the entry

 

If the selected assignment code is configured to mark the room as dirty, the assigned housekeeper will receive a notification to return to the room and address the missed cleaning tasks. If the assignment code does not impact room cleanliness, the housekeeper will still get a notification but the room cleanliness will not change. 

All reported cleaning flaws can be accessed and reviewed under the "Analytics - Cleaning Flaws" section.
