How to create or delete an additional service in Mews Operations

An additional service in Mews Operations is a service, for example room service or a taxi service, that guests purchase on-site and not as part of their reservation If you create a new additional service, guests cannot purchase the service or any attached products when they make their reservation. Guests have to purchase the additional service or product on-site, and you then need to manually add the service or product to the customer's bill in Mews Operations. Once you create the additional service, you can add the service and its products to a customer's bill on-site. You create and delete additional services under Settings > Services in Mews Operations.

If you want customers to be able to purchase something with their reservation, you need to create a product that is attached to a bookable service such as your stay service. You can learn more about bookable services and how to set them up in Set up a bookable service. To create a bookable service instead of an additional service, go to Creating new bookable services in Mews Operations; to create a service for several properties at once in Mews Multi-Property, go to How to create a service in Mews Multi‑Property.
