Editing products in Mews POS

To edit a Product:

1. Sign in to your account on the web as administrator.
2. In the main menu, select Products.
3. In the products list, select a product you want to edit.
4. Click on the EDIT button.
5. Here you can:
   • change a tile text, a mandatory field.  
   • change a product name, a mandatory field. 
   • add alternative name
   • add regal code
   • add a product to a category
   • select a tile color
   • add an image, which is visible on the item shortcut icon in the app instead of tile color
   • add SKU number
   • add barcode number
   • add weight in kg, for shipping calculation in webshop
   • add a description, visible only in the webshop
   • change the price
   • add a sale price
   • add taxes, only if the price includes tax calculation
   • add modifiers (e.g. food add-ons)
   • enable track inventory option
   • add variants of an item
   • add components of an item (e.g. package)
   • add images to the gallery (visible only on the webshop)
6. After you finish making the changes, click SAVE.
7. To make changes visible in the app, re-enter the application on your mobile devices.
