How to enable order fulfillment notifications in the Mews POS Android app

If you use the Mews POS webshop or Order & pay features, you can enable fulfilment notifications in the Mews POS Android app to track the orders you receive. When you enable order fulfillment notifications, the app notifies you of new orders in real-time. You can choose to accept or reject these orders, and the customer receives updates on the status of their order.

Note:

  • This feature is available for tablets only, it does not work with mobile phones.
  • This feature is only available for customers who use our legacy webshop functionality.
  • You can only use one tablet for tracking your web orders.

To enable order fulfillment notifications in the Mews POS Android app:

  1. On your tablet, tap A black and white symbolDescription automatically generated with medium confidence.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Tap My Profile.
  4. Tap the Order Fulfillment slider switch to enable it.

Note: If the slider switch is not visible, ensure you log in to the outlet which you use for pickups and the webshop.

This enables order fulfillment notifications in the Mews POS Android app for this tablet.
