How to complete Popina POS mapping

To complete Popina POS mapping, follow these steps:

 

1. Request the Access Token. How to find the Access Token. How to connect and disconnect integration.
2. Navigate to the Popina app and access Settings > Payment methods and activate the Mews payment type.
3. Enter the Client Token and the Access Token.
4. Create the Services in Mews.  How to create or delete a Service
5. Choose the Service in Popina. 
6. Link Popina categories to Mews (from Mews configuration).
7. Choose the Outlet. How to create an Outlet.

 

How to move a charge to a room:

 

1. After an order is created in Popina, use Mews as payment method.
2. Choose the room and client.
3. A provisional sales ticket is printed with the name and room number at the top of the ticket for the customer's signature (for validation).

 

Note: A cancellation in Popina also triggers a cancellation in Mews.
