How to find your payment gateway model?

In Mews, you use a payment gateway model, such as Stripe or Adyen, to process transactions. Knowing which model you use helps you manage payments and optimize operations. You may need to determine this information during configuration or to troubleshoot issues. You can find this information in the Marketplace in Mews Operations at any time.

 

To find the payment gateway model you use to process payments:

  1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu  > Marketplace.
  2. Click on My subscriptions.
  3. Find Mews Terminal and click Edit.
  4. Under Payment gateway integration, the system displays either Stripe, or Adyen Marketpay.

 

This locates the payment gateway model.
