You and your staff may need to quickly unlock a kiosk, troubleshoot the device or switch to staff mode. You can do this at any time by first finding your Mews Kiosk PIN code. This PIN code is specific for each Kiosk and you cannot change it. To find it:
- In Mews Operations, go to the main menu
> Settings > Services.
- Select a Bookable service.
- Click Kiosks, then select the Kiosk you need to unlock.
- Under PIN code, view the PIN code.
You can now use your Mews Kiosk PIN code.
