Unlock a Mews Kiosk

If you need to exit the Mews Kiosk app for any reason, such as to reset your Wi Fi connection, you can unlock the kiosk using a unique PIN code. To unlock your kiosk:

1. On your kiosk, tap on your property's name and hold for five seconds.
2. If you need to exit the kiosk because you've lost Wi Fi connection, tap on the Connection icon and hold for five seconds.
3. Find the Kiosk pin for the device and enter it.
4. Tap OK to exit the app.
5. When you're ready to relaunch your kiosk, tap on the Mews Kiosk app or reboot the device.
