You can customize the language of Mews Operations to match your preferences. To select your preferred language and formatting, you can navigate to your user Account settings > Preferences > Language and region settings. Mews supports 5 core languages for business communications, for example, help articles, release notes and emails: Dutch, English, French, German and Spanish.
Note: The Mews login, reset password, and 2FA login screens automatically adjust to match your browser’s language settings. If your browser language is other than the 5 core languages of Dutch, English, French, German or Spanish, the screen defaults to English. You can manually select the language using the language dropdown at the top of the screen.

Data input
Mews uses Unicode to support characters from almost all languages, including Arabic, Chinese, Japanese, and Korean. This allows you to input any character represented by Unicode into Mews.
Displaying pages in a certain language
Each user, for example, an employee or guest can choose their language. Mews then displays the page in the specified language. If any labels do not have translations in the specified language, Mews displays these labels in US English.
Mews can translate labels into nearly any language that maps to Unicode characters. Note: Mews only supports left-to-right text, which means right-to-left languages like Arabic and top-to-bottom scripts are not supported. For languages with left-to-right variations, Mews can display those versions.
