This page provides a real-time overview of room status, guest information, pending assignments, completed checklists, and added consumption. To access it, click on any room tile.

 

 

 

 

ROOM STATUS

 

On the top of the screen we display the cleanliness and reservation status of the room.

 

 

 

  1. The symbol shown on this square shows the reservation status of the room, please check this article for more information

  2. We also display the current reservation status in writing.

  3. The color on the rectangle indicates the room's cleanliness status, please check this article for more information

  4. The cleanliness status is also shown written in that area

  5. Space type is in this area for the housekeeping to be aware of which room type they are in

  6. If there is a ✕ it indicates that the room is Dirty, for Cleaned and Inspected rooms a ✓ is shown. This icon is helpful when the room is at DND or OOO/OOS status, when the green color is not shown

  7. In this area, we indicate the room reservation and attribute.

TURNDOWN & SOPs

 

On the following part of the screen, we show to the user if the Turndown service has been completed or not (1), and they have easy access to the Room SOPs (2)

 

 

 

 

 

GUEST INFORMATION

 

To give more insight for the housekeeper, in this area you can see more details about the current reservation, and same-day arrival.

Besides the information shown below, when clicking in this area Flexkeeping display the name of the guest.

  1. Number of guests and nationality

  2. Day of arrival and departure

  3. Flexkeeping is now able to display the booking source, company, or group name. This is currently available for some specific integrations, please contact our support if you would like to have it enabled.

 

SHORTCUTS

The user has an easy access to different modules while in the room overview, the color of the icons also display if there is nothing on the room, pending or completed actions.

  • Grey: There is nothing in this room

  • Blue Border: For assignment, it means that it has been completed on that day. For consumption, it means it was checked but there is no consumption on the room

  • Dark Blue: For assignment, means there is an pending action on the room. For consumption, means it was checked and consumption was added

 

 

  1. Minibar: It can be integrated with the PMS to charge the guest directly from Flexkeeping

  2. Linen: Use this module to track linen consumption. We also offer an amenities module

  3. Tasks: Tasks that have been added on this specific room, pending or completed on the day you're checking.

  4. Repairs: Maintenance reports that are pending or have already been completed in this room

  5. Audits / Checklists: Easy access to the checklist related to this room or an inspection audit.
