Product categories in Mews Operations allow you to organize the products you offer with your service. You can modify or delete a product category at any time if it is no longer useful to you. You can only delete a product category once you remove all products within it. Deleting a product category does not affect the products within it.

How to modify a product category 

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Settings > Services.
2. Click your stay service, for example, Stay.  
3. Click Products, then find the product category you want to modify.
4. Click  > Edit.  
5. Modify the product category details.
6. Click Save. 

This modifies the product category. 

 

How to delete a product category 

1. In Mews Operations, go to the main menu > Settings > Services.
2. Click your stay service, for example, Stay.  
3. Click Products, then find the product category you want to delete.
4. Click > Delete.   
5. Click Delete to confirm.  

 

This deletes the product category.
