You can rename a bill in Mews Operations to remind yourself of its contents, or to bring it to your or your colleagues' attention. To rename the bill:
- In Mews Operations, open the customer profile whose bill you want to rename.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- Click on the
icon next to the name of the bill. This opens the following screen:
- Edit the Name field and click Save.
Note: The bill name is visible only on the billing screen, and not in reports or invoices.
