Supported video formats for your integration client profile

To showcase your product in action, you can include a short video on your integration profile in the Mews Marketplace. To do so, send us a direct link by completing the Mews Marketplace Content Update Request form. 

Which video formats the Marketplace supports?

 

• The format to the video should be a full address that links directly to the MP4 file. Mews can only accept direct shareable links from storages (like Dropbox, Google Drive, or any FTP) in that specific format.
• For YouTube videos to be shown correctly, provide the URL of the page and don't share the link itself.

 

Mews must be able to access the video directly and embed it into the web page. The format of the URL should end in the file name, for example, https://example.com/video.mp4
