If your Mews Terminal charger is not charging the battery inspect the charger to check whether:
- the charger is physically broken or
- the power connector on the terminal is broken,
if not then check whether:
- the charger works with other terminals of the same model.
- there is any dust or debris on the charger connectors.
If this does not solve the problem, you need to replace the terminal or the charger.
You cannot return/ replace accessories for payment terminals, such as frames and charging bases, from Mews.
If you need replacement accessories, submit a support ticket in Mews Operations using the Mews Digital Assistant.
After you have submitted a ticket, a Mews purchasing and logistics specialist:

Checks the information in the ticket to verify it is sufficient for processing the request.

Checks whether the request is subject for replacement.

Processes the request. Note: If the request does not qualify for replacement, the Mews purchasing and logistics specialist notifies the responsible support agent to contact the property.

Informs the property.

For Adyen customers: Once Adyen successfully processes the request, the Mews purchasing and logistics specialist triggers an email to the property contact's email address. The email contains further instructions for the property to follow.
