There could be two reasons why your Mews Kiosk is not working:
The Kiosk is missing an important update
The update can be performed by resetting the device:
- Press and hold on the device power button and restart the device.
- Upon restart, the device should start to download the latest version of the Kiosk app.
- In case the error persists, reach out to Mews Support.
The Kiosk lost connection
It's possible that the Wi-Fi connection between your router and your tablet gets disconnected. Follow the steps below to troubleshoot your network connection:
- Press on Troubleshoot button.
- Input your Mews Kiosk Pin, you can find the pin by following the steps in the following guide.
- Once you have exited the Mews Kiosk app, you can go to your settings and reconnect your device or switch to another Wi-Fi network.
