If your terminal isn't printing any receipts, inspect the terminal.

  1. Open the receipt roll cover.
  2. Remove any dust and scraps of paper.
  3. Check for physical structures that could block the receipt roll in any way.
  4. Check if there are any loose or broken parts.

If the receipt has pink stripes, the roll is almost out of paper and you need to replace it. If this does not solve the problem, access the Mews Digital Assistant in Mews Operations to return or replace the terminal.
