If when trying to refund a payment via Mews Payments, an error message pops up: "Sorry, this refund can't be issued because your available balance is too low", is because you don't have enough balance to process the refund.
You can see what your current Mews Payments balance is by navigating to Main Menu > Finance > Mews Payments balance.

How can I make my Mews Payments balance positive again?
- If you expect an increase in payments from your guests, you can wait until you have collected enough funds to cover the negative balance.
- If you need to make an urgent refund, you can top up your balance by bank transfer.
