Why can't I adjust my availability block?

 

 

If you can't adjust your availability block, there can be two reasons:

The Adjust button is missing


If the release date of the block has already passed, the Adjust button disappears. To modify the release date, follow these steps:

  1. Click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
  2. Go to the Rule section and modify the release date to a date in the future.
  3. Click Update.
  4. Go back to the availability block dashboard. You can now view the new release date and the Adjust button.

The block is greyed-out for same-day arrivals

 

This happens when your Editable History Window is set to less than a day.

Availability blocks start at midnight, so, for example, if your Editable History Window is set to 14 hours, as of 2 p.m., you can't modify the Availability Block for that specific day.

To fix this, modify your Editable History Window to at least one day to ensure you can always modify the Availability Block for the current calendar day.
