Why is the registration card blank?

There are two reasons why the registration card is blank:

1. There's no companion listed in the reservation:

To solve this go to the reservation and add a companion. How to add a customer to a reservation

2. You have an extension that is blocking the content.

Check your extensions. If you need to keep them on, print the registration card from the Incognito mode in your browser.

For example, open: chrome://extensions/ and check whether or not the McAffee WebAdvisor extension is on. If so, it is most probably blocking some content in Mews. We highly recommend you reach out to your IT Team, to check if it is safe to switch it off.
