When a customer checks in online in the Guest Portal or checks in through the Mews Kiosk, they provide all of their legally required information and a signature to create a digital registration card. Mews stores this registration card in their customer profile.

To view and download a customer's digital registration card:
- In Mews Operations, open the customer's profile:
- You can search by their name in the Mews Dashboard search bar. Click the name to open the customer profile tab, or
- Click the
profile icon next to their name.
- In the Files section, you can find the customer's registration card.
- Click the file name to open and download it.
This opens a customer's digital registration card.
