When a customer checks in online in the Guest Portal or checks in through the Mews Kiosk, they provide all of their legally required information and a signature to create a digital registration card. Mews stores this registration card in their customer profile.


Note:
Only employees with the "View customer data" permission only can search for customers using personal details. 

Registration card

To view and download a customer's digital registration card:

  1. In Mews Operations, open the customer's profile:
  • You can search by their name in the Mews Dashboard search bar. Click the name to open the customer profile tab, or
  • Click the profile icon next to their name.
  1. In the Files section, you can find the customer's registration card.
  2. Click the file name to open and download it.

This opens a customer's digital registration card.
