How can I prevent the automatic cancellation fees applied in SiteMinder reservations?

To remove automatic cancellation fees for reservations coming through SiteMinder, follow these steps:
 

  1. Go to Main Menu > Marketplace > My subscriptions.
  2. Find SiteMinder and click Edit.
  3. In the Options filed, remove Apply cancellation fee.

 

Note: the change only applies to future reservations coming through SiteMinder.
