NederlandsYou can offer products to your customers via the SiteMinder integration. Although not all channels can send products with unique mapping code to SiteMinder.
Such products are usually sent with a generic code EXTRA, which can be any product that you sell via this specific channel. This means you cannot map these products in Mews Operations. When receiving a reservation with an EXTRA product, Mews Operations triggers a notification email, and you need to manually add the product.
Some products may include a unique ID, in which case these can be mapped in Mews Operations. You can learn more about mapping products in this article here.

- Channels marked as Implemented can send information about extras/services.
- Channels marked as Capability not certified may have the functionality to send the information, but Mews cannot validate this. You need to confirm this with SiteMinder directly.
