Device Commands stuck on Pending or Cancelled

When you see many commands in Pending or Cancelled status in your device Commands queue, it means that your Mews Connector is offline.

 

Follow these steps to check if the Mews Connector is online:

 

  1. Locate the Mews Connector App on your computer using the search bar.

  2. Check in the bottom right corner of Mews Connector to see if it's Online.

  3. If the Mews Connector is Offline, click on the settings icon in the top right corner, then click Restart.

  4. You can now see the Mews Connector Online with a green indicator.
