How to create Property groups in Mews Multi-Property

In Mews Multi-Property, you can create and manage custom groups of properties called Property groups, within your portfolio. You can organize and manage your portfolio by creating Property groups, by grouping your properties based on shared features, such as country, city, or currency. You can use your Property groups to save time by creating rates and vouchers directly from the Property groups screen in Mews Operations.

You can create Property groups to:

  • Standardize your rates and vouchers between properties with similar settings.
  • Create dynamic pricing or unique rate/ voucher strategies per group.
  • Group properties under the same brand, for brand-specific monitoring and reporting.
  • Group properties by type, to manage package deals.
  • Group properties in specific regions together to strategize rates and distribution or assign to a particular Revenue Manager.

You can create new property groups or add to existing ones. You can learn more about managing Property groups here. You can add multiple properties to a group at once, using the multi-select function. Note: You can only add those properties to Property groups that exist within your portfolio.
