You can manage vouchers across all the properties in your portfolio using Mews Multi-Property. This means instead of logging into individual property accounts to update per property, you can save time by creating, editing, or deleting any voucher directly from your multi-property account. Instead of making individual changes you can perform these actions in bulk, saving you time and repetitive updates.
Managing vouchers centrally makes it easier to co-ordinate corporate contracts, create consistent promotions across your properties, and gain a comprehensive overview of vouchers across your portfolio.
You can:
- Create public vouchers for customers to offer promotional public rates, to share with your customers.
- Create private vouchers for a company or travel agency, to offer customized corporate or agency rates.
- Manage vouchers across all the properties in your portfolio(s). This saves you time by allowing bulk actions, instead of separately within each property account.
- Create, view and delete voucher codes for your vouchers from across all properties in your portfolio, from your multi-property account. You can learn more about managing voucher codes in your portfolio account here.
You can create your vouchers in Mews Multi-Property by uploading them using the Portfolio Rate Import Template excel form, or via the Rates screen. Managing vouchers
To manage vouchers in your portfolio account:

Log in to Mews Operations. Click the profile menu at the top-right of the screen. This opens a drop-down containing the portfolios and/ or properties you have access to, as below:
- Scroll or use the search bar to locate your portfolio and click on the name to open it. This opens the Properties screen, where you can create vouchers, by clicking on
then Create voucher.

Go to the main menu
> Rate management > Vouchers.

- This opens the Vouchers screen. Here you can edit or delete your created vouchers.
- You can also create, view and delete voucher codes for your vouchers on this screen. You can learn more about managing voucher codes in your portfolio account here.
You can perform individual or bulk actions on your vouchers.
- Use the checkboxes alongside each voucher to select multiple vouchers.
- To select all, check the top checkbox. You can see the number of vouchers you select in the blue section below.
Create vouchers
In Mews Multi-Property, you can import your existing vouchers by uploading them using the Portfolio Rate Import Template excel form. You can learn more about how to upload existing corporate agreements or promotions, to create vouchers across your portfolio here. When you want to create new vouchers, you can choose to create either public or private vouchers. You can learn more about the difference between these here. You can also create vouchers for individual properties or in bulk. Note: If creating vouchers in bulk for multiple properties, you can see the number of properties in the message that appears.
Create vouchers via the Properties screen
To create a new voucher via the Properties screen:
- Log in to your multi-property account and locate your portfolio.
- Click on the name to open it. This opens the Properties screen.
- To create vouchers, check the box alongside one or multiple properties, then click
> Create voucher.
- This opens the Create voucher window:
The fields marked with * are mandatory. Enter the following information:

- Voucher name*: Enter a name for your voucher.
- Voucher key: Enter a unique identification code to map the voucher across your properties.
- Company key: Enter a unique identification code to map a company to the voucher.
- For reservations from: Choose the start date for your voucher.
- For reservations to: Choose the end date for your voucher.
- Assigned rate keys*: Click to choose from the dropdown the rate keys you want to assign to your voucher. You can learn more about vouchers in Mews here.
- Click Create.
You can now view the voucher on the Vouchers screen.
Create vouchers via the Rates screen
To create a new voucher via the Rates screen:
- Log in to your multi-property account and locate your portfolio.
- Click on the name to open it. This opens the Properties screen.
- Go to the main menu
> Rate management > Rates.
- Check the box beside one or multiple rates for which you want to create vouchers. Note: To create vouchers, the rate(s) you select need to be Private and have a Rate key.
- Click on the Create voucher button.
- On the Create voucher side panel, enter the necessary information, fields marked with * are mandatory:

- Voucher name*: Enter a name for your voucher.
- Voucher key: Enter a unique identification code to map the voucher across your properties.
- Company key: Enter a unique dentification code to map a company to the voucher.
- For reservations from: Choose the start date for your voucher.
- For reservations to: Choose the end date for your voucher.
- Assigned rate keys*: Click to choose from the dropdown the rate keys you want to assign to your voucher. You can learn more about vouchers in Mews here.
- Click Create.
This creates your voucher(s). You can view them on the Vouchers screen.
Edit vouchers
To edit an individual voucher:
- In your portfolio account, go to the main menu
> Rate management > Vouchers.
- For the voucher you want to edit, click on the
icon for the following options:

Click Edit. On the Edit a voucher screen that opens, edit the voucher information.

Click Save.
To bulk edit vouchers:
Note: You can bulk edit only those vouchers that are either private or public, and share the same Voucher key.

Click checkboxes next to the voucher names. You can see the number of vouchers you select as below:

Click Edit. This opens the Edit vouchers in bulk screen as below. Note: You can only bulk edit vouchers with the same Voucher key.

Input any new information in the relevant fields. The vouchers you select to bulk edit may have different values per field, for example, Type, Name.
- If all the vouchers you select share the same attributes, you can freely edit all fields.
- If the vouchers you select have different values per field, every field that has different values remains locked. To edit a locked field, click the
icon.

Click Save.
Delete vouchers
You can delete individual or bulk vouchers in your portfolio, to save time when managing multiple vouchers. Note: You cannot restore deleted vouchers.
To delete an individual voucher:
- In your portfolio account, go to the main menu
> Rate management > Vouchers.
- Click to select the checkbox next to the name of the voucher(s) you want to delete.
- Click

In the confirmation box that appears, click Delete to confirm.
This deletes your voucher.
To bulk delete vouchers:

Select the vouchers you want to delete using the checkboxes. To delete:
- All vouchers: Click on the checkbox at the top.
- Specific vouchers: Click the checkboxes next to the name(s) of the specific voucher(s).
Note: If your vouchers are spread across multiple pages, use the page navigation at the bottom right to view and select the vouchers you want.

Click
. Note: You cannot restore deleted vouchers.

In the confirmation box that appears, click Delete to confirm.
This bulk deletes your vouchers.
