How to create voucher codes in Mews Multi-Property

You can create voucher codes for your vouchers, across all the properties in your portfolio using Mews Multi-Property. A voucher code is an identifier the system assigns to a voucher that you can share with customers or corporate partners to access promotional rates. You can learn more about managing voucher codes across your portfolio here, and about voucher codes at the property level here.

In your portfolio account you can:

  • Create new voucher codes, to offer promotional rates that you can share directly with your customers or corporate partners as codes or clickable Booking Engine URLs.
  • Create and delete your voucher codes individually, or in bulk, from across all properties in your portfolio, saving you time spent accessing each property account individually.
  • Manage your voucher codes from the Vouchers screen, directly from your portfolio account.

Note: You cannot modify a voucher code. If you want to update the name or dates of validity, you need to create a new voucher code.
