• Create new voucher codes, to manage your promotional rates that you can share directly with your customers or corporate partners as codes or clickable Booking Engine URLs. 
• Create and delete your voucher codes individually, or in bulk, from across all properties in your portfolio, saving you time spent accessing each property account individually. 
• Manage your voucher codes from the Vouchers screen, directly from your portfolio account. 

 Note: You cannot modify a voucher code. If you want to update the name or dates of validity, you need to create a new voucher code. 

Managing your voucher codes centrally makes it easier for your Revenue Managers to co-ordinate corporate contracts, create consistent promotions across your properties, share voucher codes and booking engine URLs with customers, and gain a comprehensive overview of all voucher codes across your portfolio.

You can view and manage your voucher codes from the Vouchers screen in your portfolio account. You can perform individual or bulk actions, by creating or deleting voucher codes for multiple vouchers at once. You can customize the name or dates of validity for your voucher codes and copy the corresponding Mews Booking Engine URL to share directly with your customers.

Note: You cannot modify a voucher code. If you want to update the name or dates of validity, you need to create a new voucher code. 

To access your voucher codes: 

1. Log in to Mews Operations. Click the profile menu at the top-right of the screen. This opens a drop-down containing the portfolios and/ or properties you have access to, as below:  

2. Scroll or use the search bar to locate your portfolio and click on the name to open it. This opens the Properties screen. 

3. Go to the main menu > Rate management > Vouchers. This opens the Vouchers screen. Here you can view, create, or delete your created voucher codes. 

4. To view your voucher codes, click on the Name of a voucher. This opens the following screen, where you can see a list of the voucher codes for that voucher, and the following information: 

• • Voucher code: The alphanumerical voucher code you choose when creating the voucher code. 
  • Valid from: The starting date from which the voucher code is valid for. 
  • Valid until: The ending date which the voucher code is valid until.
  • URL: The clickable Mews Booking Engine URL. This link takes you to the Mews Booking Engine, and automatically applies the voucher code to the reservation. You can click to copy the link to share directly with your customers.  

To perform bulk actions:  

1. In your portfolio account, go to the main menu  > Rate management > Vouchers.
2. Use the checkboxes to select multiple vouchers.  To select all, click the top checkbox. You can see the number of vouchers you select in the blue section below.  

1. In your portfolio account, go to the main menu  > Rate management > Vouchers.
2. Click on the Name of the voucher you want to delete voucher codes for. This opens the following screen:  
3. Click on the Delete icon beside the voucher code you want to delete. You see the following confirmation dialogue:  
4. In the confirmation window that appears, click Delete. Note: Once deleted, you cannot restore voucher codes. You see the following success message:  

To delete multiple voucher codes: 

1. Click on the Name of the voucher you want to delete voucher codes for. This opens the following screen:

2. Click on the checkboxes beside the voucher codes you want to delete, to select multiple voucher codes. To select all, click the top checkbox. You can see the number of voucher codes you select in the blue section at the top. 

3. Click . Note: Once deleted, you cannot restore voucher codes.  

4. In the confirmation window that appears, click Delete. You can see the following success message, showing the number of voucher codes you are deleting: 

This deletes your voucher codes from the voucher. 

Share the voucher code Booking Engine URL  

You can share your voucher codes directly with customers by using the Mews Booking Engine URL. This clickable link takes you to the Mews Booking Engine, and automatically applies your voucher code, to access the corresponding promotional rate. This is useful to share with your customers to access a promotional rate, or to make a booking directly from your portfolio account.  

To share the voucher code Booking Engine URL:  

1. In your portfolio account, go to the main menu  > Rate management > Vouchers.  

2. Click on the Name of the voucher you want to share the voucher code(s) for. This opens the following screen:   

3. You can see the Booking engine link in the URL column. You can:  

• • Click on the Booking engine URL to open the Mews Booking Engine, where you can make a reservation with the voucher code automatically applied, OR 
  • Click the Copy booking link to clipboard icon to copy the URL. You can share this link directly with customers, so they can make a reservation and access the corresponding promotional rate.
