How to create a central rate in Mews Multi-Property

Use this when setting up rates across your portfolio for the first time, or when you want a single rate to apply to multiple properties at once. You create central rates using a two-step wizard: the first step covers the rate identity and classification, and the second step covers its configuration. Once you create a central rate, you can assign it to properties — without having to configure it individually at each one.
