You delete a service in Mews Multi‑Property when no property across your portfolio is using it. This helps keep your list of services accurate. You do this from the Services screen in Mews Multi‑Property. You can only delete a service if it is not assigned to any property. For example, if you no longer offer paid parking across your portfolio, you can delete the parking service after unassigning it from all properties.

How to delete a service in Mews Multi‑Property 

Step 1: Check if a service is assigned to any properties 

If the service is assigned to any properties, you must first unassign it before deletion. 

1. In Mews Multi‑Property, go to the main menu > Services. You can see the number of properties the service is assigned to in the Properties column.

 Or,

2. Select the service to open its side panel. 
3. Go to the Properties tab. 

If the service is assigned to any properties, you must first unassign it before deletion. 

Unassign a service from a property

1. To do so, click Delete .

2. Click Delete again to confirm 

This deletes the service in this property. 

 

Step 2: Delete a service from Mews Multi‑Property 

1. In Mews Multi‑Property, go to the main menu > Services. 
2. Find the service you want to delete. 
3. Click More actions next to the service name. 
4. Select Delete. 

5. In the confirmation dialog, click Delete again to confirm. 

 

This deletes the service. The system permanently removes the service from Mews Multi‑Property.
