How to download QR codes for your tables in Mews POS

You use QR codes for order & pay to connect your guests to your digital menu and allow them to place orders. In Mews POS, QR codes are unique to each table, this means that orders placed using QR codes are unique to the table they are assigned to. Multiple guests can order Items simultaneously at the same table, and the system displays them in the order for that table.

 

To download QR codes for your tables from the Mews POS web dashboard,

  1. Click Settings.
  2. Click Layouts.
  3. Click a layout from the list to select it.
  4. In the side-window, ensure the Short URL field is populated.

 

  1. Click Download QR Codes.



  2. A PDF file generates and downloads onto your device.

This downloads your QR codes. You have the option to print the PDF and affix the QR codes to your tables or use them to create signage.
