How to enroll multiple users in Mews University

Managers in Mews University can enroll multiple users for courses or learning paths at once, such as, if you want to enroll all your property's team members at once. You can enroll multiple learners at any time from the Manage tab within Mews University. You can also enroll individual learners one at a time. This article explains how to enroll multiple users at once.

Note:

  • This feature is currently available only for Mews PMS managers.
  • Manager is the person designated as Supervisor in Mews Operations 

How to enroll multiple users in Mews University

  1. Login to Mews University.

  2. Click your profile image, then click the Manage tab to open the Manage homepage:


     

  3. To enroll users in courses or learning paths:
    • Click    Activities or  Paths from the navigation side-bar, or,
    • Click the Activities or Paths cards under Manage Tools.
  4. Click the name of the course or learning path you want to enroll your direct reports to. Use the search bar to find the course or learning path you want or simply scroll down through the list.
  5. From the course or learning path, click Enroll Users.



  6. Check the boxes adjacent to the employees you want to enroll, then click Enroll.
  7. The New Enrollment window opens:
    • Set whether this learning activity is recommended or required.
    • Keep the status as In-progress.
    • You can optionally add a due date to set a completion deadline.
  8. Click Enroll to confirm.

This enrolls multiple users to your property's Mews University courses and learning paths.

Note: In the content page the following options are only usable by Mews personnel only:

  • New
  • Import
  • Published Enrollment URL
