How to locate your Mews invoicing email address
Mews sends your invoice to the account contact email unless requested otherwise. By default, your invoicing email address is the email you set in the accounts contact email field in your contract.
How to change your Mews invoicing email address
You can request to change the invoicing email address by contacting your Customer Success Manager or our Customer Support team. The following steps outline the change request flow:
- You contact your Customer Success Manager or Customer Support team with the change request.
- The Customer Success Manager or Customer Support team forwards the change request to a Mews FinOps agent.
- The FinOps agent makes the necessary changes in our system.
- The FinOps agent confirms with you that they have completed the requested change.
- Mews sends all future invoices to the newly added account contact email.
Note: You can request to have multiple invoicing email addresses.
