How to manage orders in Mews Gift Voucher

Managing orders means finding a guest’s voucher purchaseand taking action if needed. You do this in Mews Gift Voucher when a guest contacts you about their voucher, or when you need to check, update, or resend order details. You complete this action in the Orders screen in Mews Gift Voucher.

 

To manage orders in Mews Gift Voucher

  1. In Mews Gift Voucher, Click Orders.
  2. Enter any one of the following in the search bar at the top:
    • Order reference
    • Voucher code
    • Customer’s email address
  3. Press Enter.
  4. Click the appropriate order to open it and view the details.


From the order details screen, you can:

  • Resend the voucher email to the recipient.
  • Resend the order confirmation to the purchaser.
  • Edit the customer or delivery email address.
  • Print the voucher with or without branding.
  • Refund an individual voucher.
  • Cancel the entire order if none of its vouchers are redeemed, even partially.

 

Note: You can only cancel an order if none of the vouchers are partially or fully redeemed.
