Invalid login - Lock software error message

If you get the error message "The credentials you have entered into the key cutter settings to authenticate Mews to the lock software is invalid. Please enter the correct login details and try again." it's because the door lock software credentials are incorrect.

 

To prevent this error message, check that the Username and Password entered in your key cutter integration are correct.
